1. Legal Compliance
You must be at least 21 years of age and in full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that the possession, purchase, and use of any item from this site is legal in your jurisdiction. TruePoint Ballistics is not responsible for any misuse or unlawful possession of its products.
2. Licensing Requirements
Purchases of NFA-regulated items such as Glock switches are restricted to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders with current SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer) status, specifically those qualified as Class 2 manufacturers or Class 3 dealers.
You must submit valid documentation verifying your FFL and SOT status before purchase or during checkout. Orders placed without proof of proper licensing will be canceled immediately. We do not ship to individuals or businesses that do not meet federal requirements for these regulated items.
By placing an order, you certify that:
- You are a current FFL holder.
- You hold the appropriate SOT classification for manufacturing or dealing NFA items.
- You are authorized to take possession of NFA-regulated components in accordance with the National Firearms Act and applicable ATF guidelines.
3. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive and highly regulated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled or reversed.
5. Reshipments
Reshipments may be offered in the case of verified lost or undelivered packages, at the discretion of TruePoint Ballistics. Reshipment is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Disclaimer
By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. TruePoint Ballistics reserves the right to refuse any sale if it suspects a violation of these conditions or applicable law.
